Frequently Asked Questions

Why are some treatment prices not listed on the website?

In line with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations, prices for certain therapeutic goods (prescription-only medicines) cannot be publicly advertised. For this reason, treatment costs will be discussed in detail and provided to you during your consultation.

What documentation or identification do I need for my first visit?

For your first visit, all patients must present a valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport). Digital ID is only accepted via the Service NSW app and will be verified. Failure to provide valid identification will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and the consultation or treatment will not proceed. You must also be prepared to disclose your full medical history and current medications.

What are your policies regarding cancellations and late arrivals?

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $150 fee, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $300 fee. Patients who arrive late may not be seen, and a cancellation fee may apply.

If I am unhappy with my results, can I get a refund?

No. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results or for change of mind. Medical and cosmetic treatments are not exact sciences, and outcomes may differ. Prepaid treatments and packages are also non-refundable, though credit may sometimes be transferred to another suitable treatment at the practitioner's discretion.

Am I required to have clinical photos taken?

Yes. Clinical photography is mandatory for all treatments as it is required for medical documentation, treatment tracking, medico-legal compliance, and clinical governance. Patients who decline photography cannot proceed with treatment.

Can I bring children, friends, or pets into the treatment area?

No. To maintain a safe and professional environment, children, pets, and accompanying persons are not permitted in treatment areas. However, registered service animals are always welcome in all areas of the clinic.
