Terms & Conditions

General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all patients booking appointments with Dr Brandon. By  booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.

All information provided was accurate at the time of publication; however, treatments,  policies, and pricing may change without prior notice.

All treatments are tailored to each individual. I may not always be able to provide the  treatment initially enquired about or booked. A thorough medical history, physical  assessment, and discussion will always be conducted before proceeding with any procedure  to determine suitability.

Consultation and Booking Fees

  • New patients are required to pay a $300 non-refundable booking fee for their initial  consultation.
  • This fee remains non-refundable, even if treatment is not appropriate on the day.
  • The fee may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $150 fee
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $300 fee.

Photography and Video Recording Policy

Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited within the clinic unless prior  approval has been granted.

Unauthorised recording or photography of staff, patients, or procedures will result in  termination of the appointment and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Identification Requirement

All patients must present a valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport) at their first visit. Digital ID will only be accepted via the Service NSW app and verified accordingly. Expired IDs  will not be accepted.

Failure to provide valid identification will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and the  consultation or treatment will not proceed.

Treatment Fees and Payments

Procedure costs vary depending on individual needs, the practitioner, materials used, and  technology involved.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment is required at the time of service and can be made via EFTPOS or credit  card in Australian dollars.

Cash payments are accepted; however, no change is provided. If you wish to pay in cash,  you may do so for part of the total amount, with the remaining balance payable via EFTPOS  or credit card.

Minimum Sterile Quantity Policy

For safety and sterility, I do not offer portions of serialised products that cannot be  decanted (e.g. syringes of volumising filler or liquid treatments).

If less product is required than the standard amount, the remaining product will be  discarded, and you will be charged for the full syringe.

Treatment Eligibility

Not all patients will be suitable candidates for treatment.

If I determine that treatment is not appropriate, it will be declined.

If a psychological assessment (e.g. for suspected Body Dysmorphic Disorder) is required,

treatment will not proceed until clearance from a qualified professional is obtained. Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as individual responses vary.

Minors, Children, Friends, and Pets

Patients under 18 years of age are eligible only for dermal therapy treatments for specific  conditions such as acne or scarring, or where there is a clear therapeutic  indication. Cosmetic injectables are not performed on minors under any circumstances.

To maintain a safe and professional environment, children, pets, and accompanying  persons are not permitted in treatment areas. Registered service animals are always  welcome in all areas of the clinic.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results or for change of mind. Medical and cosmetic treatments are not exact sciences, and outcomes may differ from  patient to patient.

Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable, even if unused. In some cases,  prepaid credit may be transferred to another suitable treatment at the practitioner’s  discretion, provided it is clinically appropriate.

Refunds are not provided where a patient elects not to proceed after services have been  rendered or where treatment outcomes fall within expected clinical variability. Any attempts to threaten, coerce, or intimidate staff for refunds will be escalated to the  relevant authorities.

Credit Card Surcharge

Payments made via credit card may incur a transaction surcharge, determined at the time of payment.

Punctuality and Scheduling

I make every effort to run on time; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally  cause delays.

Patients who choose to leave before their consultation due to a delay may be refused future  bookings.

Medical History and Medications

Patients must fully disclose their medical history, current medications, and any upcoming  travel, dental work, or vaccinations.

Withholding information places both the patient and practitioner at risk and may result in  complications or suboptimal results.

Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency, dial 000 immediately.

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not  replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Follow-Up Appointments and Reviews

Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled two weeks post-treatment, unless an earlier review is clinically indicated (e.g. suspected infection or vascular occlusion).

Mandatory Clinical Photography

Clinical photography is required for all treatments as part of medical documentation. These images are used for treatment tracking, medico-legal compliance, and clinical  governance.

All images are stored securely and will not be shared without your written consent. Patients who decline photography cannot proceed with treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

Patients who arrive late may not be seen, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Natural Asymmetry and Treatment Outcomes

Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed, as all facial features are naturally asymmetrical. Corrective treatments to improve balance are not complimentary.

Multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes.

The longevity of results varies between individuals and depends on factors such as lifestyle,  genetics, and healing.

Consent is obtained for the procedure, not the outcome.

Packages and Treatments

Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Ceasing the Therapeutic Relationship

I reserve the right to cease the doctor–patient relationship at any time and without reason. This may occur if:

  • There is disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour.
  • Clinic policies are repeatedly ignored (e.g. late cancellations, no-shows).
  • Treatments requested are unsafe, unethical, or medically unsuitable.
  • There is a breakdown of trust between the patient and practitioner.

If this occurs, you will be notified in writing and may be referred elsewhere for ongoing care.
